Carlos (owner) is a man of his word. The vehicle that I purchased from Carlot Hawaii had a minor mechanical issue which I had brought to the Attention of the sales person prior to purchasing the car. An agreement was made between me and Carlot Hawaii for repairs and The repairs were made successfully. A loaner car was provided When the repairs were conducted, this normally was not standard practice for them, and this was very much appreciated by myself. If you’re looking for a car, try go to Carlot Hawaii

Carlot was very good to my family. My husband and I purchased a vehicle for our son while on vacation. Our son is stationed here. They even helped us surprise him. Great people at Carlot!

I cannot thank Carlo and Jorge enough for making our car purchase so smooth and enjoyable. We bought a 2012 Nissan Maxima for our son’s birthday, and they went above and beyond to help us make it a wonderful surprise. Carlo and the team were not only professional but also genuinely invested in making this a memorable experience for our family. This has truly been the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. The dealership is family-owned, honest, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They embody what good business practices should look like, and I wish them much success in the future. Found their Prius listings on FB Marketplace and dropped by to take a look. I test drove and wanted to think about it. They were gracious and didn’t pressure me. Did a little more research and comparative pricing, test drove a similar car with someone else, and realized they offered the best quality at the best price. It helped that they had good reviews and it seems that they follow up when can around issues post purchase. Not something you would get from a direct purchase from a random person off the Marketplace. I returned the next day, and had an easy negotiation. I recommend the experience!
